           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

If you are looking for that more personalised touch then this could be the option for you! This service includes a FREE initial consultation followed by an informal discussion centred around your goals which will be used to design a programme unique to you.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

Sometimes there just is not enough time to get to the gym, and wouldn't it be great if part of your fitness regime could take place along with work colleagues. Corporate fitness is a fantastic way to get fitter whilst in the workplace and with your colleagues, think of it as team bonding time!

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Do you struggle with motivation to train by yourself? Or do you prefer having your friends there every step of the way? Sessions like these are run regularly throughout the week and will cater for all fitness levels. All you need to do is come and try it!

 

Currently Group training sessions include:

 

Monday: Circuits Class at Castletown Drill Hall £4. A fun, fast, effective combination of bodyweight exercises and cardio

 

Wednesday 6-7pm at Scrabster Beach for Beach Circuits for only £2

- this is an intensive workout that packs a punch and can boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours afterwards!

 

Monthly Bootcamps at E'Shed Naver for only £10

- a 2 hour bootcamp that provides a whole body approach to exercise

To get the best out of our body we need to take time to recover. Sports and Remedial   Massage can form an important part of any fitness regime to promote muscle repair and the removal of unwanted after effects of hard training.

 

The biomechanical balance that can be achieved through regular massage treatments can enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury.
